Fix Windows Security Not Working in Latest Windows 11

So you installed windows 11 and now windows security ie: windows defender is not working? well this is a known issue which will be resolved by Microsoft, but here is a way to fix it until its patched by Microsoft.

1. Press the Win key to open the Start Menu
2. Type Windows Powershell
3. Click Run as administrator
4. Type this command and press enter:
Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage

You Windows Security should now be fully working.

In my case this solution wasn't working, I fixed it by right clicking "Windows security" in the start menu, "App settings" and then "Reset"

Initially not worked, but when I tried after running as administrator for Windows PowerShell it worked. Thanks a ton. WIN 10 was much better than WIN 11.
