If there's something sweet around, I'll eat it but if not, I dont miss it. My problem is salt... I love salt. I like tasting it on my food. I've cut back a lot but still struggling with that addiction. Any suggestion?

Its so difficult to eat "the right things, when 99% of people eat fast food, coffes, energy drinks and so on...and i dont see them with diabetes or nothing, i wonder how is your a1c ...do u eat every single day the right stuff?
