Hi ma’am, currently it is 11pm for me and I am scrolling through shorts and I see this video. You seem like the happiest and purest person on the platform, you put a smile on my face with your great energy. I hope you have a good day! 😊

I'm struggling with an ed, and haven't had anything besides water and plain coffee in the past three days, which were both restrictive intakes as well. Thankyou for your gentle nature, I'll go have something light like soup and be kinder to myself when I can. Please keep being you, it works wonders for the world. We're truly lucky to have you ma'am♡

I really miss natto! One store here has it frozen, but that's not the same. One of the first things my boyfriend in Japan taught me was how to make "farmer's miso soup" - chunky and full of veggies. We had it every morning for breakfast, with rice, nori, tsukemono, and natto. So much healthier than the way I eat now.

Honestly, this looks amazing the way you eat it(with all the exact ingredients you used).. 9.7 out of 10

It’s even better for your cardiovascular system especially for myocardium.
Thanks to its enzyme natokinase .
Nattokinase may thin the blood and help break up blood clots. This might protect against heart disease and conditions caused by blood clots such as stroke, heart attack, and others.

Thanks for sharing! One of my kids loves savory foods for breakfast. Loves Ramen. Trying to incorporate fermented foods for gut health. Will definitely try. I hope this is a winner for him.

Thank you so much for pronouncing “nori” correctly. I never realized that a few Japanese letters had a rolling sound tho I studied it for over 10 years! I just learned it and never questioned it.

love natto. trying our different ways to make it in the instant pot. using the frozen seems to work better than the inoculant. love any and all tips.

Awesome! I dont mind natto with just the condiments.. it tastes a bit like coffee to me. But im going to add the nori and eggs and soy sauce for variation. Thanks! Nattokinase is good to stop blood from clotting and dissolving clots. But eating natto every day may be better. And making your own is better still.

A great way to get the most out of your natto is to poke a hole in the side of the container and pull the paper through it. It'll remove all the beans cleanly so there's less hassle and waste.

It seems like something I wouldn't really like or enjoy but since you seemed really nice and humble I might even give it a try😊

You can poke a hole in the corner of the natto container and then pull the plastic out downward through the hole! It’ll make it a lot easier! :)
