Visit every time I’m back in Vegas, though last couple of times they haven’t had any oyster to be seen. And I love me some (anything but fried) oyster. But the bone marrow is always a go get. I’ve been to restaurants in Vegas that charge 50+ for bone marrow.

Us Aussies eat a lot of lamb - well we used to eat it all the time over any other protein. It's cheaper now but I've converted my partner on lamb. He loves it now too! Just can't over cook it.

Nice, but being from MS and having fresh Louisiana crawfish, I think it would break my heart to have frozen crawfish. During certain parts of the year I even have live crawfish in my carport/ driveway.
