Lemme tell u what i love about Sonny: his enthusiasm when talking about the foods, NOT being so exaggerating with his expression or words, respectful to the culture, funny, know his way to explain about the foods..

That first buffet had Sonny on their TV 😂

Can we take a minute to appreciate the editors having Best Ever Food Review Show run on all of the TVs in the background? They could just have blurred them, but they took the extra mile just to be awesome

100 bucks honestly looks like a great deal.for that quality of food, I don't know how on earth they're pulling it all off for that price, but that's a bargain.

I’ve seen a ton of food YouTubers and bloggers get invited to the $99 buffet and this video by far is my favorite. The b roll, production quality, funny and entertaining. Worthy of your YouTube channel name. Well done.

My family went to Vegas for vacation about every year when I was in middle and high school. There was actually alot of stuff for us 4-5 kids to do, but my FAVORITE part was always thd buffets (despite me always having been a slender dude.) We usually stayed at the Monte Carlo or the Luxor, and both had great AYCE buffets where I almoat singlehandedly got our entire trip's worth of money JUST in food.

The one I most specifically remember was when I was about 13 or 14. We had my parents, grandparents, an aunt/uncle and their kids for a total of 9 of us. When we went into one buffet for dinner, they had to cook 2 entire new serving dishes of snow crab clusters because I ate all of them. I also ate 3 lobster tails, 2 dozen oysters, 16oz of prime rib, and 2 large salads that were packed with shrimp, bacon, and smothered in ranch & bleu cheese...

The servers kept thinking I was hoarding food or taking it because i kept coning back. I noticed when 3 of them stood by the edge of the kitchen and watched me pound all of this food down while continuously washing it down with cokes. I was literally about 5 feet tall and weighed MAYBE 110 pounds. Needless to say, everyone, my family included, was astonished at how much I could eat. But my whole family laughed saying, "well, I guess he's let us get our entire meal basically for free." It was like $35 per person for the AYCE buffet and I was getting about $50 per plate. Once I got about 6 plates in, i only stopped because everyonr else wanted to do other shit. I probably could have kept going, but I don't know if I could have left on my own legs 😆

14:48 the gout comment cracked me up. My husbands uncle always gets it, but when we’re in Florida, he says “I’ll limp for shrimp” 🤣🤣🤣

My 1st trip to Vegas was in Aug 2009. Stayed at Wynn for $79/night. No Resort Fees. Free Parking. Rental Car was $10/day. Came back in Dec after watching Top Chef which was in Vegas that year filmed at the M Resort. Went straight to the StudioB Buffet at M Resort for Breakfast and it was $9 before 10:30am and stayed for lunch. God I miss the cheapness of Vegas.

I love that you chose a Filipino Buffet lol... As a Filipino who is very proud of the country, food and people... i'd still choose the $100 buffet just because more selection for different walks of life... and come on... surf & turf buffet? gimme!

Sonie sure know less than so many other food blogers about food, but he is the most honest one, u can see the taste of the food from his face expression. Respect Sonie.

8:03 peaking duck, and super crispy pork like that needs an allium and capsasin heavy vinegar. some schezuan peppercorns are nice too. Shallot, garlic, and scotch bonnet and ground schezuan covered with a dusting of sugar and pour boiling hot vinegar over the top. Its all you need with the melt in your mouth fatty meat and crispy oily skin.
