I love how these kids are more open minded than some adults I've met.

Funny how when you think of things like this you're "brainwashed" And "too young to have opinions on these things" But when you think the opposite you're "being raised right" 🤔🤔🤔🤔

“THE ADVANTAGE OF BEING PREGNANT”
*TRIGGERED*
edit: it’s a year later and i feel like my opinion kinda changed.. yes being pregnant is a disadvantage because of the pain but also an advantage because it’s a beautiful thing to reproduce and have a child of your own.

It’s great seeing how open-minded these kids are as taught by their parents. I was never this knowledgeable about gender roles, stereotypes, etc. and even then, I’m still learning as a young adult.

I am never going to bring up my
Kids in a way where people are assumed by stereotype nor will i corner them to succumb to stereotype either. As a person of retail, i see parents conditioning their kids everyday, and this is why i know stereotype isn’t anatomy, it’s taught.

I have a very strong feeling they are just saying what they were told to say.

I was always getting along with boys better because I loved to play rough. I went to a sleep over and all of the girls were playing dolls and doing makeup and I was so bored! I wanted to go outside and play games like tag and tackle football. And nerf fights. I just don’t get why people think girls are just makeup and dolls. I went to Walmart and was looking for a The Flash shirt but only the men had it. I love the tv show the flash and wanted a shirt but they assume that girls don’t like that stuff and they are wrong.

I've thought about and I've summed it up before even finishing the video. Here are my results:

*Boy struggles*
"Be strong."
"Don't cry."
"You got beat by a girl!"
"Act tough"
"If you don't have muscles your weak but if you have too many your a show off to girls."
"Be brave."
"Why are you so short?"

*Girl struggles*
"Girls aren't as strong as boys. Stop trying."
You can't be friends with a boy because that means you automatically "like him"
"Your wearing that for attention!"
"If you skinny, get thicker. If your too thick your fat!"
"Ugh, why don't you wear pink like other girls?"
"If you see a man pour a drink for you don't drink it."

Girls and Boys both have lots of struggles. Comment on more boy/girl struggles.

I'm a boy and I play with dolls and I'm not strong and I'm not athletic but yeah I'm still a boy and?

For me:
To be a boy, it means to be yourself.
To be a girl, it means to be yourself.
I wanna talk about the “girls vs boys” memes. They’re extremely stereotypical, girls will say “OMG I’m so basic OMG” and then the boys with be a meme. I get most people on that side of the Internet seem to be boys but wOw there’s some extremely offended gamer girls-
