You need to reevaluate. Those who entered Nvidia won a lottery. Yes, a LOTTERY. I interviewed for AMD, Nvidia and Qualcomm and I decided to go for Qualcomm. Only Nvidia managed to 100x the stock price and not other companies even though other companies are a household name.

As far as infrastructure is concerned, let's not build just concrete walls. Destroying agricultural fields and cutting forest will add to global warming even in tier 2 and 3 cities. Instead, make amendments in your land property laws and develop old infrastructure to environment friendly new infrastructure

Firstly skill set gap would be in the so called Managers, Senior Managers, directors and VPs

All they know is to extract work.

Irony is that these expect a candidate to have all the skill sets in range of full stack, cloud, devops, team management, project management, multiple programming language etc., all from a single candidate.

Looks like this is kind of stress and ambiguity created by so called Leaders of the corporate.
