I came on here for some reassurance. I hit 60 days of no contact today after two years of being on and off with my FA ex. She ended things with me telling me there was no hope for a future together after which she blocked me. I had a reminder on my calendar that popped up, telling me to reach out at the 60 day mark. I was sorely tempted to reach out. Then I decided to listen to my go-to man, Coach Lee and saw that this new video had been posted. Guys I came here to say something, that is the dumper came back, it took him 2 years but he did return begging for me to forgive him.
But I didn't take him back, for last 2 years I have healed and very much content in my life without him, he got into a rebound relationship just a month after we broke up amd it clearly hasn't work out.
2 years ago I used to binge watch Coach Lee's videos and stuck with NC, and now here we are.
What I mean is stick with NC, your ex might come back sooner or later but be sure to consider wheather your ex deserves to be back in your life or not.

After 8.5 years together my ex had a quarter life crisis and moved away after deciding to end our relationship and move out. Year ago I watched these videos and they gave me so much comfort because I did not know what to do and how to feel. I dated my coworker for a few months and he dumped me via text and has ever since treated me like I don't exist. He doesn't want me back nor I him because why would I date somebody who treats me like that. It's been a rough year but NC has helped me and I can finally move on.

111 days of NC. During this time, they moved in together. He lives with her. She introduced him to her parents. They live like husband and wife. This is the price of my silence. I have lost her completely. NC sucks.

My mom who was my best friend also died last year. Everyday I cry a little, but I have to stay strong.
