In today's video we highlight 12 facts and benefits of pantothenic acid, also known as Vitamin B5, for acne, energy production, hormones and metabolism. Vitamin B5 plays a key role in metabolising fats, carbohydrates and proteins to use as energy in the body.

Although B5 is naturally abundant in our foods, many people become deficient because they do not absorb it properly. Digestive problems and complications such as IBS, Crohn's disease, diverticulitis or IBS can prevent you from converting this into the active form.

You need a strong and healthy digestive system to digest and convert B vitamins, so you may wish to improve your diet by cutting out sugary foods, and loading up on fermented vegetables like saurkraut. These will boost the friendly bacteria in your gut, and allow you to absorb more B5 and other nutrients from your food.

Could you help 🙏
I want to use Pantothene for sleep as it's great for the adrenal cortex.
But I've discovered it also has influence on estrogen, testosterone and cortisol management.
I'm concerned as being a Trans lady and I don't want testosterone levels to increase at all.
Do you have any knowledge of how this works please 🙏

I was took panthothene and it knocked me out. Panthothene is the form of B5 from pantothenic acid that is readily available if you have gut issues like me. Today was my first day I will update my progress. If you want to know messege me here.
