Dr. Berg talks about vitamin 5 and what it is. It allows our macros to be converted to energy. B5 is the precursor to adrenal stress. It's a co-enzyme to make hormones. Pantothenic Acid is the isolated form that the synthetic Vitamin Industry sells. The true food based version of this vitamin is called Pantothenate.

Combined with zinc and magnesium it clears up guttate psoriasis. Not sure about plaque psoriasis but you could try and see. It took about 6 months to be all clear. Had pretty immediate results in severity.

when shopping for stress pills, look at the label carefully, not all made of stress pills contain pantothenic omission from the video : Pantothenic acid allows brain cells to communicate efficiently and broadly, promotes deep sleep as you have mentioned, A good neural network is a must for human reasoning and "clear mind", and B5 is responsible for that !!

I am taking 6 grams per day for acne. And the effect is incredible. However I am worried about the Calcium that is in the Calcium pantothenat. I would be so grateful to hear your thoughts on this! Thank you so much!

Dr. Berg, back in the 80's I read some books by Adele Davis, a nutritionist. I was absolutely blown away by the claims she made, but she had dates and doctors names on many, many trials and successes she had had herself.
Anyway, one of the things she said all people need to take is pantothenic acid b/c every cell in our bodies needs it. I took it for years but I am no longer taking it. I have a disgusting belly and a lot of digestive issues. Just recently I've developed a skin issue, maybe psoriasis? Itchy and red skin on my neck and at the outer corners of my eyes- my tears burn if they leak out there.
I'm trying to get back to basics and decided to start taking pa again. My health store only has the manmade, not the natural. I wondered if that's okay and how much to take.
I've always taken vitamins and read constantly about new discoveries. I'm 71 with no diabetes, high bp, or out of range cholesterol, and no surgeries so far ( knock on wood!).
I also wondered if you had ever heard of Adele Davis.
AND- I love your videos and good explanations of how things work.😊

Yep, my daughter has acne and we've finally been introduced to B5 as a possibility to look at. I've now added eggs to her salads and have been looking at a B vitamin for her.

My sauerkraut fermented for more than a year.
When I opened it up it was slimy. My neighbour was disgusted.
But I ate it. It is delicious.
I am guessing that it is Nato, the Japanese organism, rich in B12.

Everyone MUST take Vit. B12 VERY, VERY seriously.

Breakfast was eggs with mushrooms and avocados, still can’t get up from bed. I’ve been on Keto for a while now. Sometimes sleeping helps.
