Good video. As a teen who was interested in supplements I wrote Roger J. Williams on several occasions to ask him questions about Pantothenic Acid. He was very gracious and always answered. He told me royal jelly was an excellent source that most of us were taking, however, a human would need to eat too much every day so he preferred B-5 supplements. He was taking it at the time for a severe eye condition. He discovered a number of other vitamins and some sources suggest the Clayton Foundation he was associated with discovered more vitamins than anybody in the world.

I may have missed some video over time, here's my question.
With all the supplements that have been discussed, what would be the best mix for a senior omnivore without acute issues (probably pre-diabetic ;)

I use: vit C, B2, D3, K2(MK7), Cr, Mg, Mn, Zn/Cu, I, Se.
NAC, glycine, taurine, Berberine, natto kinase.

I ask this because I favor most of your suggestions, but can't take them all. 😅

Performance Labs "Might" be a good multivitamin but they sure don't do a good job advertising it. Most good vitamins list their forms of the vitamins. They don't just say something as vague as "Folate" or "B12". WT?!
