I main Horizon and Mirage, so what i like to do is FAKE the airlift and use it as a sound distraction as I flank. I always make sure the lift is either near my enemy's hearing radius or closer to where im pushing from so it covers my audio.

Bunny hopping and jump slide strafing are some more advanced mechanics for players but if you are playing horizon without utilizing this feature on her especially on controller you are missing out on a ton of free movement and outplay ability in close hip fire engagements, after getting used to this you will never go a fight without using it and every other character will feel terrible to play

I play 98% of my games as horizon and I always q up when my team is full hp or almost full, so they can shoot at them while I also shoot at them in the air and possibly throw my ult and arc stars
