He had some time to prepare thanks to infighting amongst the English and French kings, King Richard I and King Phillip II. So he will... do nothing! Let's go on a journey together folks and watch how Saladin begins to lose power through a series of mistakes and ill-considered gift baskets.

Frederick Barbarossa's brief appearance seems like a footnote in the third crusade but in my humble opinion, his story is one of the most riveting in Holy Roman history.

The Siege of Acre is pretty much a petty fight in an otherwise lovely neighbourhood.

These videos are a good reminder that even historical geniuses were kinda dumb.
We have Saladin being like "let's just ignore that fortified christian city in a key position, i'm sure nothing bad will happen".
We also have the emperor of the HRE dying in one of the dumbest and most anticlimactic way possible.
