Nice video. I like how you established the problem with a clear example that people can relate to. I think your 3 points cover the bases fairly well, you might be interested to look into "p-hacking" or lifetime false discovery correction. At 5:44 the pre-registration challenge icon appears on screen without much explanation or link. This is also a big ask for scientists, there is a lot of work that has to be done after finding out that you have negative results to getting it into a publishable format/quality.

Power posing works if you find the posture that makes you feel most confident. This is different for everybody but definitely expansive and open is key and when combined with positive mindset, can make someone feel truly powerful and confident.

Your videos are awesome. I really enjoy the experience videos but if that makes every video take weeks before you can release'em, i feel it would be nice if we had more of you in small videos in between the more complicated ones. Anyway thanks for your work!

in the past scientists said 3sets of 8 reps is best for building mass and strength while other scientists said isometrics will work best.according to science squats are best for leg development but when i did it it actually pulled my muscles of lower back so stopped all lifting.when one of the top bodybuilder said use partial rep range and listen to your body.now this makes more sense than any research paper.power pose did worked for me to deal with bad break up.

Double blind test. The researcher tells you to do pose A or pose B. The researcher does not know if pose A or pose B is a power pose. You Do not know if pose A or pose B is a power pose. Then you role the dices. I see absolutely no problem here.

I can't help but wonder if non-profit journals would be a good idea.

One similar thing that really bothers me is how research papers cost a lot money to read. This has a huge knock-on effect for students in poorer countries, and thus dimininish their potential contribution to the whole of humanity's shared pool of knowledge.

And it also sucks for just plain curious ordinary folks like me who just want to read the bloody things. The money doesn't even go into new research, it goes to rich businessmen who've connered the "market" for research papers.
