currently, pink and darker shades of red is distributed among havoc character except encore. so zhezhi could have havoc element.
xiangliyao is a bit harder guess. that kind of blue color is shared between yangyang (aero) and yuanwyu (electro) as well as shared with the npcs that have connection to the government/military of jinzhou. but from his hair ends that turned pale/white, he could be either spectro or glacio.

See, I thought these were 4-stars because in the top right corner there is a 4-star looking symbol and I was thinking that they'd swap the standard banner characters or something. Which I hope they don't because I still need Calcharo and Lingyang! Also I REALLY really hope Jiyan comes back for their anniversary or something, I'm so so salty I missed him. I played when the game launched but skipped the first month because of work

If anything I learned from PGR, you can't assume one's element based on his/her clothes. Look at Lee Hyperreal, who is blue overall yet Fire element and Lucia: Dawn and Lucia: Plume which had red color schemes, are Lightning and Ice respectively LMAO.

also xiangli yao's tacet mark could either be the hair or the one on his cyborg arm

Xiangli Yao is a Glacio Pistol character apparently. No idea about the other one.

my take on the character..

the guy will be an ice using gauntlet/gun
the girl will be havoc using sword / rectifier

I think they will be havoc and glacio respectively, just because of the fact that we’ve had as for now aero, electro and spectro, and in the near future fusion with chang li. I think it makes sense. After 1.2 they will probably begin repeating elements for the banners.

Zhezhi is probably Havoc because of the pink and the fact that we don't have any 5 star Havoc users (aside from MC). Not sure though...
