Awesome! I hope that they will not only keep up with TOP quality, but also expand variety of designs. To me WuWa has best in-game models, even better when considering their animations too. It's even simply much objective, when you take into account how expressive those characters are and level of quality. I'm hyped and I will be looking forward to visiting Black Shores. Story is getting more and more interesting.

This has probably been mentioned in the comments already, but nonetheless - It seems fairly obvious from the description and also from the shape/form of her Tacet Mark, that "The Shorekeeper" is a Sentinel, like Jue. Jue's Tacet Mark is on their horns and has the same elongated waveform as Shorekeeper's, as opposed to the human resonators whose marks are more compact. Also the way she speaks of only existing because of us matches with Jue's statement about how they live or die according to our command.
My guess is that she is the Sentinel of The Black Shores home base, and has a human appearance likely because she doesn't guard a nation or ethnicity but an organization, and thus has no "mythical beast" to base her appearance on from their folklore. Instead she assumed the appearance of a kindly human to represent The Black Shores intentions.
