I found out that if you are avoiding sugar, creme brulee is a great option. And typically gluten free too.

We always eat on the first sitting. I thought their new menu was about 8/10 Some of themes felt disjointed. Our cruise was a 9 night. Overall we enjoyed the food.

What kind of etiquette do you need when dining on a cruise ship?

I went on a 7-day cruise in RC from Barcelona. I have to say that the quality of the food was not that great. It was downright terrible in the main dining room. El Loco was the best—always fresh. Windjammer was okay since we could just steer clear of the terrible ones and go for the ones that we found better. All said we were disappointed by the food in RC.
