We kick off with the classic Kerala combo of appam and chicken stew – the appam was light and fluffy, perfectly complementing the sweet yet spicy stew.

Next up was the beef curry, a mix of tender and chewy pieces, but the flavor still hit the mark. Finally, we dive into their famed mutton biryani, where every grain bursts with flavor, and the meat is soft and juicy. However, the excess oil left a heavy layer towards the end, slightly diminishing the experience. Overall, Paragon lived up to its legendary status!

Whenever beef in Kerala is mentioned certain people ask about pork thinking that'll trigger Kerala people. For your kind information there are restaurants in Kerala which focuses on pork varieties too like porkeato de portico, octopus pork cafe, rebbi's house of bbq etc.
