Thanks for the userful video! :) may I ask a question regarding vlookup process? In the video 'True' = Close Match is used, but as 'False' is = Exact Match, I was wondering would it be okay to use True (even if it close match), considering the data analysis accuracy. Thus, I have tried use 'False' instead, but the value appears as NA. I was wondering how to solve the issue too. Thanks for the kind explanation about RFM analysis in the video!

Why dont you proceed your calculation directly with the pivot table but copy to the new sheet and proceed there?

Hi! I am having a hard time getting the formula for Days Since to fill through the column despite using f4. Any advice? Fill does not work and copying is repeating data and not working (also too many rows to do this efficiently.) @
