Been watching Judge Webster for a while now. He seems to have an opinion of incompetency on Brown-Zeto and has had issues with Shaw and others from AG. The TX AG office seems to have below avg attorneys, magistrates, clerks.

I wish I had encountered such a serious and fair judge in the family court system, at the one and only time I met with the family ‘justice’ courts when my two sons were in my sole custody. Although my case was twenty years ago, I am grateful that some families now get the wisdom of this Judge helping to guide and shepherd their journey’s forward. Sincerely, from an “old school” divorced military mom with now two, fine young men, responsible with their careers and families, I still call “my boys”. 💞🇺🇸

I love Judge Webster's math with the visitation. By the time that deadbeat gets to the Standard Possession phase, that precious girl will be an adult. It's not like he was ever going to see her anyway.... he'll regret it one day. I hope all of the KCC fam is having a great day ❤

By saying that a 14 year old has NO opinion in their own matters is a MONSTER of an adult who should be removed from any juvenile authority. I am 74 years old and suffered and still suffer immeasurably because people made serious choices affecting the course of my life and ruining it without my input. They changed the course of my relationship with my father and I will NEVER forgive them for their ARROGANCE. This judge needs to be REMOVED from this office. Immediately! Period. I will give you my name and phone number to help accomplish it.

Judge Webster was my judge back in 2012... He does not play around and tells it like it is. My case was open and shut as the father did not show. He makes people take responsibility for thier actions. In March we have a summons on update for support. I hope we get Judge Webster again.

I believe that these stipulations involving child support can be satisfied by retirement accounts, and even Social Security benefits attachments and of course wage garnishments long after the ruling if the restitution is not accomplished any other way.
