She knows she will never see a penny from this guy while he is in jail or out of jail. Cut our loses and move on, I sure hope this girl has the family support she is in need of and at least she is smart enough to have health insurance on the child.

The woman is at fault when she had a baby out of wedlock from a man (who is incarcerated). Why should state use tax dollars to bail her out from the mistake she committed owing to her reckless judgements? This is an abuse of the system. It encourages such women to become careless. The child born out of wedlock who will live in deprived conditions for the rest of its life is likely to develop pyscological conditions which would be harmful to some innocent person in the future. The state should take a notice of this before showing a sympathy to a woman who is wilfully careless.

My case started in Texas in 1993, children kidnapped and taken out of country by mother to Haiti. FBI, police, Homeland Security, AG of Texas could NEVER find, NOW, 30 years later Still owe $3, 500 for dead children. Took away my house, car, drivers license, 50% of my Social Security. I have NEVER seen a judge for trial or attorney in last 30 years. I am 77 years old, dying and homeless. Before I die I want to force the State to show me a court ordered medical record and accounting of the missing thousands of dollars.

You are aware that for the length of time you've been on YouTube. You have a very small following. Possibly that's due because we really don't want to hear your two cents when we're trying to watch a court case. Just a little bit of what's the word. People in prison/jail should work for a fraction of minimum wage. The other balance should go to the state to pay for their housing. If they have fines, attorney fees, court fees and/or child support, that leftover money should go to those bills. There are plenty of jobs that can be done in the jail and in the community for these jailbirds. Working on building a good work ethic should be standard for jail time.

Judge has no authority to ask the mother for information on his incarceration that's a violation of privacy without his consent
