My grandmother made potato pancakes made with, ham or bacon, onions, green peppers and cheddar cheese fry then top with eggs and sausage gravy. Yum

I LOVE mashed potatoes!! I like to take leftovers and mix them with a box of prepared stovetop stuffing.. mix about 1 to 1.. make it into patties and panfry in a lil oil or bacon grease.. oh. My. Chefs kiss❤❤ 💋💋
