I have not experienced any of these problems in the 3 years I have had my phone.
However, I am grateful for this information, for reasons of possible, Future problems.

For anyone that can't uninstall the android web view just click on the the 3 dots on chrome and uninstall updates, just did it to mine and it worked

Some of my Google Apps including Google itself stopped working. For Example i want to Google something, and right when i type in a letter the application closed itself. I tried everything but the Problem is still there. And same goes for Amazon Shopping App, i cant even open the App it immiditaly closes itself.

*Edit:* I uninstalled Updates for "Android System Webview" and know everything works fine again.
