Let me make it more clear and give you exact times on where you can find setups through the day: (All in NY local time)
1- London session: 2:00am ---> 5:00am
2- NY am session: 9:30am ---> 11:00am
3- NY pm session: 1:30pm ---> 4:00pm
Study that on your charts and see if I am correct or not...

The London Tokyo overlap is pretty good too, at least on pound pairs. Being Australian, the time window you give is 0100-0400 AEST, so not a healthy/practical time to be awake. But on a higher timescale you can at least be having the majority of your trade play out then etc. Cheers TMA!
