50 percent of Americans think the American dream is dead. The other 50 percent are in denial.

Bo
I just spent 3 months in Thailand. I got back a few days ago and the first thing I noticed was the food here is toxic and I noticed my body reacting in ways I had not experienced in three months of Thailand.
I am making a list of everything to sell and I am going back as soon as possible.
The girls treated me like a king and I felt safe and the cost of living was a fraction of the cost in California.
Watching your channel inspired me to take a trip over there and I am 1000% done with living in the US of A.

George Carlin said it best..."It's called the 'American Dream' because you have to be asleep to believe it." 😂😂😂

I hear that, America has become such a clusterfuck.

It's also about hopelessness with no silver lining in sight! Politicians are no longer talking about prosperity, they interested in more wars and identity politics. Young men are not only being neglected, they are also being considered for military draft. Who wants to stick around when you know things are only going to get worse?

The American Dream died in the 50s, right after it realized it had to compete with TV dinners and 'Leave It to Beaver' reruns. Turns out, living in a white-picket-fence bubble wasn’t as sustainable as we thought. Who knew!

Born in Romania, I lived 10 years in the Midwest ( Chicago), came back to Romania in 2014. I still miss the States, probably because I was there in my mid20's early 30's and it was awesome. Also, I'm glad I'm in Romania now. Honestly, food is better here, it's easier to live here and not own a car, or if you do own a car, you just need it for when going in a different city. In general, I feel that here the emphasis is on just be with your friends, family, just live simpler lives and make enough money to support that. I know it sounds boring, compared to how driven people are in the US, but it has its good parts.

Bo, I need to talk with you for an hour or two. My 72yr mother & I (50yr) are making the move to Bucharest. We're American & have had enough. I'd like to pay you for an hour or two of your time & knowledge. We want to live in your neighborhood. I have an X account & follow you, let me know if I can DM you & set something up. Awesome & inspiring work brother!

Freedom and prosperity has left America. Replace by greed and corruption! Our grandfathers that fought and die for this country are turning in their grave.

I live in Manhattan. I am giving up my lease in October and moving overseas. I do not know where I am going yet. But it will be better than the USA, that is for sure.

My girl is from Romania and it so peaceful being there. i havent been able to make the full move there yet and its killing me inside. The hard part is taking that remote income with me. I can work remote but most of the time it requires you to be in a particular state.

That 1/3 cost of living there and environment is golden. My girl and I can go eat at a nice upscale steak house for like $80 and thats us splurging. Its just such a gem

I've visited Korea, Japan and The Philippines in the last year and a half. It's absolutely incredible how much kindness I've been met with.
Whether obligatory (Japanese) or genuine (Filipino), it's just greatly appreciated to be treated like a human being.
I can't wait to begin my life overseas in 2025. I'm in the home stretch, gathering my resources and biding my time.

I’m a physician - around 40- and highly considering living in a country in EE like Romania half the year and working in America half the year as I can work 5-7 days a month.

I know EE isn’t perfect but I’m just tired of the west and western females. My income is 400k and may drop to 250k working less and traveling more but I can’t take the west anymore. Will decide soon.

I am in St. Petersburg RU and I share your sentiment 100%. They seem even more welcoming and interested when they find out I’m from the US.

I’m 22 years old, and for a good while I’ve been very unhappy with life since senior year of high school, when I moved across the country and 6 months after Covid happened, and life personally and socially has been a major clusterfuck. A couple years back I decided that I needed to man the fuck up and get my shit together, I know I’m not perfect but I have to strive to become 10x better than what I was and just become above average. And now I want to get to a level where I am able to work on my freelance business and start living overseas in Latin America or many other places where I can find my peace.
