Oh man. This sound weird but I'm just 19 and I feel that I'm kind of "late" to be good enough for dance. See these people breaking down all those limitations changes my perspective

I started dancing at 32... I am now 47 and run a part-time dance class where I teach. Dancing is one of the best decisions I made in life. I still however cannot help regretting that I didn't start earlier in life.

I'm 23 and I've been unfortunate enough to not realize how much I loved dancing earlier, when I was at an "appropriate" Age to start learning to dance.... I'd been feeling very conflicted lately about whether I'm too old to start now... This video couldn't have come about at a better time... So thank you for this ❤

I've wanted to start dancing for years, I've moved my whole life, felt the music my whole life, but just never got started. I'm in my 40's now, and this video couldn't have come out at a better time for me. It's like the universe telling me it's time, no more excuses.

I’m 29, started dancing last year (kpop). Started contemporary and ballet, shuffle and hip hop a few weeks ago. Idc anymore, I’m too old to care about what others think, I do what I love and I have fun doin it. If ppl talk sht about you, it says more about them than about you. Dance on, guys <3

I am 66 years old and started dancing around 3 years ago . I have used Steezy on and off during that time along with lots of other resources . The guy with the beard said it well : Don’t overthink it! Dance is about you and your relationship with the songs you like . And even at my age I get better with time and practice . Learning new routines is difficult and I seem to need a lot more time to master them than maybe someone in their 20’s but so what ? Got it? So please guys no more “ am I too old to start dancing? “ questions. After watching this video, you now know the answer.

I'm 27 and I started to take dance seriously a year ago. Sometimes I regret that I started too late, but STEEZY helped me a lot to grow my confidence:)

Love this ❤️ I just turned 43, but I signed up for Steezy like a month ago. I had no previous dance experience, but I have taken some drop-in class and just dance for special occasion like Christmas party for example. I wanted to learn dance from fundamentals to choreography, but I live in a small town in Canada and there’s no available class I am interested in. So, I saw value in Steezy and started the online lesson. I am a slow learner but liking it so much.

I started dancing at 27 and I can’t imagine my life without it now. It was one of the best things that has ever happened to me ❤ one for the development of my confidence in front of others, freedom to express myself, which is so good for our spirit, and it’s also very good exercise! So beneficial to the mind, body and spirit.

I was part of the dance team scene in the 2000s and my body misses dancing. Dance at my age (40ish) takes on a new meaning, its more therapeutic now instead of competitive. Thank you Steezy for providing a platform to learn choreography online. My advice is to never stop dancing, it keeps you young.
