Hi Hi! I just wanted to share a small update on my journey with the dilators. I have been seeing my PT for a total of 7 sessions and it is so helpful. I am 33 and this is my first time being able to handle putting anything in on my own. I worked with my PT to get comfortable with insertion (she only used her finger). Now, I can insert up to the 4th dilator, but only mid-ish way with the 4th. I even stuck my own finger inside, for the first time in my life. Blew my mind 😆! I highly recommend finding a physical therapist and a good support system (friend, partner, sister) to help you out. I can't wait to be able to connect with my guy fully.
