He makes these important concepts relatable. A quote that also stuck with me is being "humble does not mean thinking less of your self. It's thinking of yourself less." Working on that because I can go from meekness to arrogance. Humility is like the silver lining that connects us.

This whole idea that every chance you get to grab something that will make you happy that you need to grab it is exactly what leads to people buying expensive cars expensive watches expensive suits and dresses or whatever saying that it's self-care when it's really just spending the money that you need to survive the wait to be happy is to find people that make you feel happy and to do things that make you happy but don't spend all your money doing those things work on yourself realize what's making you sad and do whatever you can to stop what's causing that sadness

I can respect & appreciate that, but in English language, (& culture), if you look at dictionary past or present, humble, humility doesn’t mean that.
