How to multiply 2-digit numbers fast

Today I will show you my favorite trick to multiply 2 2-digit numbers together fast.

First, multiply the digits in the ones place (if the answer is a 2-digit number, write the ones digit and carry the other digit to the next column). Then comes the cross-multiplication, just follow the steps shown in the video. Finally, multiply the digits in the tens place.

There are other procedures to multiply 2-digit numbers, however, this one is my favorite because I think that is the fastest.
