Damn bro this shit worked. My freeze was like permanently but after i used this command it just become a little short freeze and i dont have to restart my pc whenever it freezes

these launch options didn't resolve the issue, and 2 settings are conflicting with each other
first, you force preloading to be enabled, and then you added an option that's supposed to prevent it
should i have preloading enabled or not?

-tickrate 128 doesn't work anymore. CS2 has forced 64 tick servers. You can't change it.
