when i press TAB my game freezes, this option set to NO removed the stutter when pressing TAB but the micro stutters are still there....
my setup : 10700k @ 4.9ghz rtx 3070 ti 32gb ram 3600mhz

since the new update I have freezes every 5 seconds and I cant even properly control were I'm going, your video did not help me
