Mine are driving me insane. Honestly they are super slippery and just fly everywhere. Think I’ll have to get a new deck because I can’t shuffle them.

Oh thanks God that the last method exists lol!!🤣🤣🤣 I can't shuffle them any other way! I have no idea if it's the card's quality (I think it is in part because I have a normal playing cards deck that shuffle way better than my tarot deck even with my untrained hands).

The riffle looks cool, but it makes you look like a card - sharp who knows how to "force" cards ect.
I prefer the old overhand. It might look a bit lame but it looks more relaxed for the atmosphere. ( though it's actually easier to force cards with the innocent looking overhand ).

I'm curious about the cards I have. I'm new to this & love my tarot card deck but have such a hard time shuffling. My cards are 5.25 inches by 3.25 inches. Is this size a little bit bigger than a standard deck? They also have a shiny surface to them & are very thick cards. I have such a hard time shuffling them as the cards don't seem to blend/mix well together & just hit up hard against each other. I'd hate to give up this deck! It's the Golden Tarot deck by Liz Dean. Can anyone enlighten me on whether I have a good deck for a beginner like me? If I have to get an easier one to work with is there any that are like this theme? I really like the traditional theme.
