Great tips! And speaking of Skin…

One of the best ways to keep your skin healthy is to actually protect it from the sun. So you should definitely do the following if you’re serious…

Use sunscreen as much as possible when you’re out in the sun - maybe, every 2-3 hours. And if you’re going for a swim, perhaps more often.

And try staying in the shade if you can, especially around 10am to 4pm, that’s when the sun does the most damage to your skin.

And finally, wear clothes that will protect you from the sun, and of course - don’t forget to wear shades! Because your future just might get a bit too bright, if you start using these tips.

i've been watching alex's videos since 2019 and i've been jealous that i can't get the grooming products he talks about because of 1st i'm from south africa, second they are a bit expensive when you convert the USD to our currency because i'm a university student. basically these products cost more than half of my monthly groceries as a student.

but i've been trying out some local products and i will say yes they do work but they need you to be consistent whereas as a student you can't afford buying grooming products on an average of 2 times a month.

but all in all what a channel i reaally love the content, as a 24 year old i wish i'd see more content like this from our youtubers but there's not much, the female field is full of content like this except for males which sucks
