hello, not sure if you will see this, but what is your opinion of a video called "Science of Self-Control" by Healthygamer_gg, the video states that self control is actually being aware of the internal conflict, so as long as you're aware, you're "self-controlling", the moment you stop monitoring that internal conflict is when you lose control and give into for example a craving.
Is this correct?
