Good joke. French M51-3 SLBM: length 12 metres, weight 54 tonnes, six to ten independently targetable thermonuclear warheads, 110 kilotons each, 10, 000+ km range, reentry at Mach 25+, 150–200 metres accuracy. Each French nuclear submarine can launch 16 M51 missiles. And French Rafale fighter jets can launch ASMP nuclear cruise missiles (300 kt, 500+ km range, pinpoint accuracy).
