Yoga can also protect us from slips and falls as well as assist us in advancing our yoga practice, improving our balance and coordination with whole integrated movement - which is the Yoga With Adriene style of practice.

*Costume and decoration is for the Halloween holiday. But this is an excellent practice to implement into your routine any time of year.

Love all @yogawithadriene practices. They give me that bit of "me" time daily, which I need from my crazy busy family life. Been practicing for 643 days now, not missed a day and am grateful to Adriene and Benji for providing me with a daily grounding and a few laughs 😀 along the way. Love and light to everyone. I love that Adriene even after 10 years of doing this keeps up the playfulness and creativity in her work so strong. I can just see her team having fun making that Halloween intro, I couldn't help smiling 😊❤

I also did this when it premiered and now, having been told I have osteoporosis, I do it every day, except for the forward fall. I even seem to be stronger. Thanks a lot, Adriene!

I appreciate all the little, subtle coaxing that really connects the muscle and bone. The pulling the heels back on the bridge, wow, first time I really felt that in the glutes. Thank you for always explaining and talking us through the moves.

I have osteoporosis so loved this practice. Please can you do a 30 day version specifically for osteoporosis to help build bone density pleeease 🙏

Halloween's practices are always my favourite! And it's a joy to watch how Adriene got more creative with them (meaning intro, clothes, etc)
