2 dried apricots, figs, dates, or prunes – choose any one of these and 1 tbsp of garden cress seeds
First, soak the garden cress seeds in water for 2 -3 hours. Blend almond milk with the chosen dry fruit. Pour this drink into a glass and add the garden cress seeds.

Yoga for stronger bones
1. Asanas to increase bone density: Ekpadasana, Utkatasana, Garudasana
2. Calcuium rich drink: 1 glass almond milk, 2 dried apricot, figs, dates and qtbsp garden cress seeds(aliv)... soak seeds for 2-3hrs + blend milk with above driedfruit and mix together to drink in breakfast, mid-morning, evening snack, or post workout drink.
3.maintain: staight posture, shoulders back and chin up

Do you have any recipe or anything which you could recommend for my knees, because of the wear & tear my knees will have water retention & I have to go the Doc to extract the water & Doc will put a steroid injection to ease the pain.
