Stage Kitchen & Bar, in partnership with The Palm Beaches, hosted a special Friends of James Beard Benefit lunch experience celebrating Palm Beach County’s 2023 @BeardFoundation “Best Chef: South” semi-finalist nominees last Monday.
Cooking together for the first time, in the kitchen was: Cindy and Jeremy Bearman of Oceano Kitchen; Rick Mace of Tropical Smokehouse; Lojo Washington of Queen of Sheeba; and host Pushkar Marathe of Stage Kitchen & Bar. Each chef was responsible for one of five exquisite courses showcasing each chef’s unique point of view.
