Nutrition major here. As long as you are not adding sugar to your oat milk it is still a great source of soluble fiber and complex carbs! The saturated fat in coconut milk is fine in moderation, but when comparing the two, the oat milk is the better choice especially for those at risk of high cholesterol and heart disease. If you are not a diabetic/overweight the carbs in oat milk should be no problem!

I think what she was trying to do is buy a can of coconut CREAM and dilute that into coconut milk. She must’ve seen someone else do that but she confused cream with milk.

Love the intro, I stop drinking commercial Oat milk full of garbage. I starting to do homemade organic coconut milk. Love your idea but I kinda cringy when you use coconut milk from the can not a good choice. Food that from can is toxic the can itself is bad. Is better you try organic shredded coconut you blender it. Beside that everything is 👍👍👍
