I have a daughter and If I came to get her child and saw this, my child, I'd have no other job or priority than to help my daughter heal.

I was 100% just like her when i crawled into a women's shelter and decided to go to rehab.

I haven't touched anything in 2 years and turned my life around.

Pray for her. Its a hard life.

My two daughters were heading down this path living with their mother until I got custody of them. 2 years later, no police, no arrests and both have jobs. Unconditional love heals, never give up ❤️🙏

Breaks my heart. My son is 23. So young and so much trouble and trauma. I really pray she'll recover and walk the right path for herself and her child. 🤲🏾

Danielle - you still have people who care about you. You don't have to live like this. Your baby already lost his dad and although it's good to hear he's safe with your dad, he still needs his mom. It's sad after two years of trying to make sure you're okay this is what we get to see.

Come back to Washington. You know how to find the people who care about you when you're ready. Staying there is not a good idea but we can't help someone who's not wanting or ready for it.

Love you, always.
Jacob.

Thank you for finding her and posting this. It's good to know she's still alive and her son is safe

Her dad drove 3000 miles to get his grandchild away from it's junkie mom. Stand up dude.
*edit* I'm sure the dad has tried to help the daughter a hundred times. If you believe that there's somehow a way that the father could convince or even force his daughter to quit drugs, I envy your naivete. It means you've never had to deal with a loved one with a crippling addiction.

Been there. Made it out Feb 2017. Own My own home. Fully paid for car. Full time job and most IMPORTANTLY I have 100% FULL custody of my Son. Life isn't perfect, but I'm a walking testimony. You have to put in the work though!!! My worse days now are better than my BEST days back then.

Praying for you

It was the ID. Im not with my child because dad’s busy. I haven’t got a job because i need an id, so then Im gonna go to college. Its all these things — but its not the drugs. I remember this so well (written by a sober addict). God bless her. And God help her

Some people don't understand that even if the dad wants to help her or has already tried to help her, it's honestly her decision at the end of the day to get the help she needs. All her dad can do to help her now is take the kid and leave her to figure out what she has to do. Taking care of a child is a big deal. Children need a routine so Thank this grandpa for taking care of the kid.

I try to remember that everyone was a child once. With hopes and dreams. They all played with toys....and saw the world through a child's eyes. Innocent and Just breaks my heart.

This proved to me that Tik-Tok clout and “success” means absolutely nothing! It’s a shame how much our culture worships it. I pray for this woman’s well being and soul.

You can do it, Danielle. In ten years you will be looking back at this asking yourself why. You won't be the same person. I have faith in you.

The amount of unconditional love and support for her in the comments from people who knew her before is beautiful. Time for you all to get together and go rescue her. Someone there in social services get this girl an id.

A dads number one responsibility and priority is looking after his daughter. 100 percent.

5:04 I was reading comments while listening to the video and I can say from experience that my dad turned to the streets and no amount of forcing him to rehab, no amount of begging, yelling, fighting, made him change his life around. He got beat on the head with a baseball bat and that started early onset dementia. He died young. The state of Florida became his guardian and I went to visit and stayed involved in his life till his last breath.
Then when my daughter was 18 she started going down a really bad path, she had a baby boy and she was doing self destructive things and I saw how she looked and the other grandma took the baby while I dragged her into my car to take her to the hospital. She beat me up in my car and still I drove. I got major bruising and even the ER doctor who was seeing my kid saw me, he asked me if I was ok and what happened and I broke down in tears and told them she beat me and no I wanted no police involved.
I'm happy to say that she's well now, a hard worker, a great mom and a very loving daughter most of the time. I pray this young lady finds the courage to really turn her life around even without her dad to help her. The fact that he's raising his grandson is a blessing...hopefully.
