Thanks Craig. This was actually super useful! Simple to the point and easy to remember. Thought about it in the WOD last night and snatches felt great. Can't wait to do a lifting session with these tips floating around in my noodle. Legend!

Please make more content on improving Oly lifts. Especially please address importance of footwork, and how you improved yours. Definitely something that many do not discuss or emphasize enough

Forgot to add juice to the video. Dude use to struggle to add weight on the bar and now he magically makes his numbers jump by a large margin. Clown.
