I have a lot of problems with him going to a modern speaker to translate a single word without the scriptural or cultural context. Words in a language and their many possible usages evolve rather quickly, so for him to do that on camera with a fragmented text from millennia ago is poor academia

Do you really think that anything of importance in those Dead See Scrolls would be left after being discovered such a long time ago and are just now being released. Secondly, believers who know and understand God, the creator or whatever name you want to put on it, do not need a scroll to confirm Anything .

The one guy claim that he interprets the text tat way that it mention crucification. And he only can think of one crucification, the one of Jesus.
In reality crucification was very common at that time. He simply ignores that fact.
Also who has before heared the term "son of dove".
Looks for me a very biast interpretation.

What is most interesting to me is, in all the documents there is not even one direct mention of Jesus. If he was real and of real importance, shouldn't be mentioned everywhere??? By name and not something that could be or not referring to him? The Romans wrote down every thing that was happening in their lands and never wrote about Jesus. They go to every detail of a everyday life of the people's they conquered but no mention to Jesus.

I think these writers were scared to write about Jesus or His name due to they were in fear of getting caught by someone, after all they were hiding from whoever.
