In the final cinematic of GOW 1 you can see how Kratos watches the wars that occur from above, but then theres a part where they show the 1st world war, they reaaally thought they wouldnt get a sequel lmao i love this

I like that Sony actually seem to acknowledge this as Canon, since in God of War 3, Kratos stabs a hole in his head which matches the one on his skull in this scene.

For all of you confused about this video, god of war was originally suppose to be only 1 game. All of that killing cronos in tartarus and shit was made when god of war turned out to be super popular, making people want more.

Looking at these comments made me realize how many people actually played the first god of war game lol. These are shown as bonus after finishing the game/challange modes. It was pretty obvious that this game wasn't planning on having a sequel, but they did anyway so now these cutscenes confuse people
