Most people will say "I'm 30 And Hate My Job". Well If You Hate Your Job/Career - Watch This!

I've honestly quit more jobs than I can count! I quit one job only to live off my savings and end up struggling to buy gas in my car. I quit another job because I refused to keep coming home on my lunch break to cry in my room. Quitting a job you hate can be both a blessing and a curse but hear me when I say your mental health shouldn't suffer at the hands of a corporation.

Most Millennials and Zoomers have mastered the art of not working jobs we hate. While many live by this philosophy, there are still a lot of people who stay in jobs they hate for a number of reasons and I understand those who have to stay or even choose to. Watch this video if you need a little bit of advice on what to do!

Also, I'm not 30 but I said that because many people reach a turning point in their career at that age.

If money didn’t matter most people wouldn’t do their job, truth

For me, I want to quit my job because I feel like I made a huge mistake by choosing this field. It’s high paying, it’s in demand, but it is extremely boring (Payroll). It doesn’t fit my personality type at all. I’ve been trying to make it work for 4 years (at different companies) and I’ve realized I don’t do well in jobs that require extreme attention to detail. I’m generally creative, communicative, and a people person. My job literally goes against my entire being and it’s a shame it’s taken me so long to realize this. I hope I can find something that will be more fitting, but I’m the meantime, I am stuck here. Thank you for being realistic, because even while you were making very valid points, I just knew deep inside this job isn’t for me.

I hate my job so much, it sucks because 6 months worth of money feels like it's going to take forever to save. I love all of my co-workers besides 1. But the job itself expects too much out of us that work hourly. I plan on perusing my passion/goals of making my own content and or, voice acting. I would rather make the same I make now doing what I like, than doing this job forever. I'm 28 so anyone younger watching, it's never too late!

I hate the idea of full time. I want to work 6 hours a day TOPS and still make enough to survive.
This is all I ask for. Fuck full time

I hate my job. Definitely going to pursue happiness.. I wouldn’t condone just quitting without having finances in order either.

I want to quit because my schedule is f** up. I have a hard time getting my shifts covered. I have no work/life balance. Due to my lack of sleep, I can't lose weight, and my mental health sucks. But it pays very well. That's what keeps me there.

I quit my job when the pandemic hit and started my own business. My mistake was not saving enough funds for leverage. Now that I’m back at work, I’m depressed. Trying to juggle a business and a job that I hate.

I am watching your video for the first time. I do hate my job. It's hard physical work. I get up so early in the morning and kind of run to work in half asleep. It's a part time job. I come back by 10 am. Rest of the day I just do lots of household work and look after my baby. I do want to pursue my dream. Everyday I am so tired, and busy working as a mum. So where is my time and energy to do something else? Can you advice?
