I'm surprised that as a Dr in Osteoporosis, you would not be more for full fat foods, especially grass fed dairy products. Vitamin A, D, E and K are fat solutable . Vitamin K2 has come out as the nutrient that puts calcium in the right places in the body. But in order to do that it has to be triggered by Vitamin A and D. In order to trigger them a person needs to consume food with magnesium. Grass fed dairy products have vitamin K2.

There seems to be more cases of people having success losing weight with a high fat diet due to many factors. It helps to lower insulin levels, they get the nutirents, and it helps with other ailments asscoiated with eating too many carbs, (calcium in the artieries goes away, heart issues are reversed etc. )

People don't seem to realize that all these "low-fat" items replace the fat with either sugar or artificial sweeteners. Hence they also eat more of it because it isn't as filling as normal fat. Which is probably one of the reasons why we are seeing high levels of diabetes & obesity since these have been introduced

Only comes down to taste, what you like? Fat free started because of health, not taste.
