One of my biggest mistakes in my anxiety recovery is that I keep hoping for an "epiphany", a moment of absolute clarity when all the anxiety finally goes away in the blink of an eye. But it doesn't work like that. It's a long process and I'm struggling to accept that because I'm tired of suffering and having setbacks.

The hardest part about anxiety is that you forget all the recovery videos and everything you know when you have DPDR or anxiety attack

This was extremely helpful. Was in a stage where anxiety was dormant and had a setback because I didn’t think I had to keep the work once symptoms left for months. Now I’m learning the work and transformation doesn’t stop.

I only have a few symptoms left. I'm not scared anymore. It's like an annoyance now. Once those are gone I can truly say I'm fully recovered.

I’ve been sitting on this video for months now. I’m finally feeling like myself again, and watching this now feels extremely relatable

I have anxiety and depression that I fight off everyday. It gets exhausting. I'm not sure you can ever let your guard down. Its like addiction, one day at a time for the rest of your life. It may get easier but must keep fighting everyday.

5:50 THIS! This is so important... I thought I had my anxiety beat, just by acknowledging it. The symptoms slowly started to fade. Then I had a really bad experience happen and it all came back.. less of the pyshical symptoms of chest pain, but more headaches and really negative thoughts.

I feel like I've 'conquered' physical anxiety, now it's just by thoughts and feelings that are making me anxious.

I’ve had health anxiety for a month now after my dad passed away. I’ve been slowly recovering with some of your tips and it’s working. I started exercising almost everyday and I’ve been eating healthier and ive been having more positive thoughts which helps with symptoms to not happen.

I don’t know if you still read these comments but damn. I just happened to scroll upon this and I’m glad I watched. It was a very soothing video from start to end. I’m dealing with trauma from “family” and it’s been rough. I feel like the worlds out to get me all because I stood up and tried to take my life back. Little did I know it would come with anxiety’s and panic. It’s scary but I’ve been learning to take a step back and clear my mind. I look forward to watching your other videos!

Always helpful when you upload. I also have crippling health anxiety and was good until I got this sinus infection and it’s kinda rocked me. Doing my best to remain calm and understand it’s not anything life threatening to have headaches and intense cotton mouth. Much love Trey 💕
