in advantage plan....if the plan has a deductible of $1000... hasnt been met any...and they will have OP surgery for $270 ... according to the plan DED will be applied for surgery...so does the member will pay the $1270 initially?..how would the billing will look like? does the deductible be applied in full right away?? thanks!

Need gallbladder surgery but not sure what coverage Ihave. Medicare a and b and tfl. Do I need another supplement? This is way too confusing!!

I would work until drop to avoid Medicare at all but that is not possible due to an aging body. What a nightmare! All when illness is most likely due to age. I suppose single payer would erase all this complicated stuff. Note: I am not advocating for that but expressing angst at so that is way too complicated.
