greetings from senior oldman (70 years ), every span of 3 to 4 months, my gout flare up. i go for ginger lemon juice ( or ) ayurveda medicine * * manjishtadi khwatham tablets -2tablets once a day ** can shrimp 🍤 and chicken be added or not ??? Also butter 🧈 and mayonnaise . Please kindly advise

Gout sucks, I can’t eat anything I like, and the medication doesn’t really work. I have to be so strict just to be able to walk. 10/10 do not recommend gout.
