Honestly the 16C is the best aircraft for US right now until the F-15 gets AIM120s but since they’re not moving the 15A up to 12.7 with the rest of the 4th gen, we could see another F-15 model with the 120 added similar to how they brought in the R73 with another Mig29

It’s not dissimilar from real life, they’re using f16s today, the f16 was years ahead of anything, and dominated.
