The final day of my 7 Days of Sweat challenge for 2023. 7 days, 7 workouts, 20 minutes a day. No equipment needed. Do it with me and you'll feel amazing. Over 7 days and just 20 minutes a day, we are going to transform the way we feel, so stick with me all the way and let's do this together.

Running on the spot
Squat jumps
Climb the rope
Push ups
Elbow plank
Curtsy lunges
Squat to side kick
Mountain climbers
Bicycle crunches
Tricep dips
Burpee to 4 high knees
Lunge jumps
High plank knee to elbow
Lateral shuffle
3 Push ups to 3 plank thrusters
Shooters
Tuck jumps
Lateral high knees
Burpees
5 Push ups to 5 squat jumps

Thanks Joe, I'm 70 and keep coming back to this and 28 day challenge. Even if not feeling great can do a seniors workout and on occasions Hiit
ones too !!

Thank you Joe! I wouldn’t be working out if it wasn’t for your workouts. You make it fun and efficient. I’m able to “play” soccer at 48 and still get a goal or two now and then. Due to your workouts, I feel my body is balanced. Thank you for all your hard work!
